Nina Dobrinkova

Associate Professor in the Institute of Information and Communication Technologies of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences. Nina holds a PhD on systems for early warning in cases of forest fires from the Institute of Mathematics and Informatics and is involved in several international projects dealing with technological aspects of emergency management, such as ALTER, eOUTLAND, LANDSLIDE, CP4ALL, IMPRESS. Currently, she is Theme Chair for Wildfires in the Crisis Management Innovation Network Europe (CMINE).

In DIGILIENCE 2019, Nina leads the thematic session on ICT in Enhancing Societal Resilience to Disasters.
