Todor Tagarev

Experienced security and defence policy maker, who has held several senior governmental positions. With a background in cybernetics and control, he is currently professor in the Institute of Information and Communication Technologies of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences and leads its Centre for Security and Defence Management, Head Chair of the Crisis Management Innovation Network Europe (CMINE). 

Prof. Tagarev is Co-Chair of the Steering Committee of DIGILIENCE 2020 and leads the organization of the session on Societal Resilience to Cybrid Influence.
